Medical Interviews for High School Students
Obtaining an interview for a Direct Medical Program (eg. BS-BA/MD) or Early Assurance Medical Program in Canada, United States and International is an amazing achievement. Now is your opportunity to shine and showcase to the medical school interview committee your strengths, accomplishments and passion for their medical institution. The hard work begins.
For many high school students, the medical school interview is their very first real interview. For this reason, many students are anxious, have difficulty with public speaking and are unsure how to answer medical school interview questions. Our medical doctors have vast experience working with high school students and emphasize confidence building. We work to first develop a strong foundation of interviews skills, followed by medical knowledge and competitive medical school interview performance. We have successfully trained high school students in all medical school interview formats, including, the Multiple Mini Interview (MMI) and Standard traditional style Panel Interviews.
Our comprehensive medical school interview preparation includes foundation interview skills development, medical knowledge development and expert feedback during mock medical interviews. We provide both the students and parents a detailed analysis of anticipated medical school interview performance, outlining a realistic gauge of how students will perform on interview day. Our clinical and medical expertise of the specific medical school is integrated in all of our teaching.
