MPI Interview Simulation

Get Professional Interview help

The Modified Personal Interview (MPI) has now become the interview format of choice for the University of Toronto medical school. The MPI interview is the final opportunity to showcase your strengths and suitability for the medical field in front of diverse medical faculty, medical students and medical residents at the University of Toronto. The University of Toronto’s MPI interview is a hybrid between a standard panel medical interview and the MMI medical interview. Applicants interview at 4 separate stations facilitated by a medical faculty, resident or student. At each station, candidates are asked a series of scenario-based and personal questions to elicit core competencies that the University of Toronto medical schools has outlined as being valuable. Whether you are new to the MPI interview process or a prior interviewee, our dynamic MPI simulation led by University of Toronto trained medical consultants is designed to teach you the fundamentals of how to succeed in the MPI while testing your skills at interviewing in the MPI format. For most of our successful students, the MPI simulation is used as a test to gauge performance and preparedness. Since the incept of the MPI format, our MPI Interview Preparation program has supported an over 92% success rate in students completing our full MPI preparation program.
