Panel Interview

Get Professional Help With Interviews

The PANEL interview is the most important element of your medical school admissions profile in Canada, the United States and Internationally. The PANEL medical school interview has become the standard format for medical school admissions, and succeeding in the PANEL requires a skillset unlike any other interview format. Having the confidence, preparation and practice in a simulated environment with expert feedback is critical to being competitive in the PANEL interview process. Through one-on-one or group simulated PANEL preparation sessions, we prepare you to successfully handle even the most challenging of PANEL interviews.

The PANEL Mock Interview is a simulated PANEL to teach you how to successful excel in the PANEL format. The PANEL Mock Interview is led by an experienced physician with first-hand experience in both participating in and evaluating PANEL medical interviews.

MedApplications™ Interview Process

Our medical advisors adopt an evidence-based strategy to teach you how to successfully approach common medical school interview questions. Interviewers evaluate your thought process, general approach and poise. Through our training program, you will learn how to successfully navigate even the most complicated of panel interviews, stay on time and confidently impress your evaluator.

Students will have the opportunity to work with medical advisors who specialize in your specific medical school panel interview as we recognize the tremendous variation amongst panel formats across North America and Internationally. The Panel Strategy Session is a perfect start for candidates without prior panel experience or as a comprehensive review and analysis for pre-medical students with prior panel experience.

During your PANEL Mock Interview, you will be exposed to a full-length simulated PANEL interview covering high yield standard PANEL questions. Once your PANEL Mock Interview is complete, you will receive in-depth feedback from your medical coach, in addition to a MedApplications™ PANEL Rubric evaluating your performance against the average. We tailor the PANEL Mock interview to the specific medical school in which you are interviewing. There is tremendous variation amongst PANEL Interviews internationally, and therefore receiving PANEL questions that closely resemble what you will experience is crucial to being successful.
